The APEC 2011 Logo

The APEC USA 2011 logo symbolizes the 21 Member Economies interacting to build a harmonious and symbiotic Asia-Pacific community. The circular pattern suggests diversity of movement and growth with common purpose, while the unfettered formation embodies open dialogue and equality of viewpoints.

The logo design draws inspiration from the Hawaii state flower – Pua Aloalo (yellow Hibiscus) – and includes the blue and green hues of the official APEC organization logo.
